Self-Care for Mothers

Before you can be able to care for others, you must take good care of yourself – physically and emotionally.

If you find yourself exhausted, irritable, and unhappy — you may be giving too much of yourself away. ¬†As cliche as it sounds, balancing your own self-care with care of your children and your family is so important to improving the quality of life for your whole family.

Parents, you are NOT SELFISH to consider giving yourself time, space, and leaving energy for you to feel better again. Strive find yourself again, and re-consider that parenting is not always about taking care of others.
